When Your Office Has a Disaster Call SERVPRO Of Pickens County

Disaster doesn't always strike during business hours. For this office, the toilet supply line decided to leak after everyone had gone home for the night.  When the next morning rolled around, the office staff walked into an enormous mess in the hallway. Water had seeped out of the bathroom into the carpeted hallway and office space.  After attempting to dry the water themselves, they called SERVPRO of Pickens County. We categorized this loss as a Category One water loss. Our crew chief passed over the area with an extractor and set a dehumidifier and fan in place to dry the area. This whole process took a couple of hours and did not require the carpet to be removed or replaced. The office staff thanked us for our quick response and will be calling us again should they have a need.
