Emmet Fraley and the crew did a wonderful and professional job cleaning out our paint storage tanks. Everyone on the crew was very polite and professional the entire time on the job. I would very highly recommend them for any job.

We were very pleased with the service of [SERVPRO] on the recent water leak at Trinity Baptist Church in Seneca.  The loss occurred on the Friday after Thanksgiving and SERVPRO was on site within three hours of the initial call to mitigate the damage.  I was updated daily with the progress of the drying out.  Met with restoration specialist afterward who was very professional and am expecting the issue to be resolved shortly.  Also, as the insurance agent for this church SERVPRO worked easily with the carrier to handle the claim.  Thanks for the great job.

We recently needed their assistance and not only did they react quickly, but resolved all issues within the expectations and time frame in order to meet our needs. Jeff Kittle completed an Emergency Ready Profile and greatly assisted in remediating the issue quickly.
